How to choose the graphite plate?

The precautions to extend the service life of graphite plate:
1. When the current of the graphite plate becomes larger, the surface temperature of the graphite plates will be higher. Under such climate, we advise to use the low surface load power.
2. It's much better to parallel the graphite plates rather than connect in series.
3. After the graphite plates are heated in air, the surface forms compact silicon oxide film to resist oxidation. Kinds of surface coating have been applied to avoid the plate cracks.
4. When continue to use graphite plate, the resistivity could be slowly appended to maintain long service life.
5. The service life will be shorter when the temperature moves up in the usage of graphite plates. The oxidation rate could increase after the furnace temperature arrives above 1800ºC. Please notice the surface temperature of graphite plates.
